Before breastfeeding became so popular, we never had government shut downs. We managed to get through the 50's, and 60's without a single shutdown of government services-now look what your breastfeeding has done!!!!!
So when you can't go to the national zoo, or get a weather service report, think about that thing sucking on your boob 24/7. For the good of the nation, go buy a tin of formula. Obamacare will cover it.

I'm assuming this blog is just an attempt at getting people fired up, surely you don't actually believe what your saying? I see that your from the US, I'm imagining someone off one of those hillbilly shows they have on tv - swamp people, turtle man etc. Do you have all your teeth? You've got serious mother issues, I'm guessing because you were born to an uneducated, lazy mother who probably put a bottle of formula in your mouth the day you were born. You now probably suffer due to that and are obese, riddled with food allergies and have no bond with your mother. You don't need to be jealous of people doing the right thing for their child. I hope you are able to get over your mummy issues one day. Hopefully before you have children of your own.
Oh my, the assumptions! Obviously all that breastfeeding cut the oxygen supply to your brain as a baby. Poor, poor thing.

Yes, I am, and my uneducated mother taught me the proper use of "your" and "You're." She had extra time though, as I wasn't tethered to her boob.

People don't need to be offended by this blog. The author isn't against breastfeeding, isn't a parent and probably isn't a female. A lot of people write these things just to get a reaction, unfortunately it's worked. You can tell from their profile and the way the posts are written. People like this don't really exist so no need to be worried!
Actually, in all seriousness, I am more offended by the comments, than the blog itself. I am a mother, I've had seven babies now, and I've not been able to successfully breastfeed one of them. So, your comments about formula fed babies, annoys the heck out of me, to be honest!!
Before Breastfeeding? There's always been Breastfeeding for millions of years formula on the other hand has been around for 50. So asinine.
Breast milk and formula are about the same. Go to a medical library and look it up.
